DC48V Ra95 Chroma RGBACCT LED Ribbon 4 Rows 576LED per 1.2meter is one of the most popular products in our Chroms strip series, due to it's reailble, even light distribution, designed with DC48V four rows with checkboard layout, by using high brightness 5050 RGBA 4-in-1 SMD combined with cinema-quality 2835 SMD, with high brightness, high CRI value over 95, and R1-R15 all over 90, high TLCI of 95+. With amber color conbined compare with RGBCCT series, which can achieve more rich and colorful effect by using a DMX or other 6 channels controller.

Product details

For our 5050 RGBA+2835 CCT LED Ribbon series we offer DC48V version, the whole series use 18AWG 6pin bare wire with low voltage drop, and also thicker PCB of 3oz copper layer ensure the good heat radiation and also keep low voltage drop. For backadhesive, we use 3M 9080HL as standard, and also for other backadhesive like 300LE tape, 3M VHB or TESA tape etc.

 

Dimensions

This high density four rows RGBACCT LED Strip is designed with 30mm width, for DC48V version cuttable with 75mm. UL/CUL Listed and CE Certificated.

DC48V verison comes with 1.2meter/reel for UL/CUL Standard and 2.4meter/reel for CE Standard.

For Tungsten color, we offer CCT from 2000K to 3500K, and for standard we make with 2800K or 3200K, with all Ra>95, R1-R15 above 90, and TLCI over 95.

Standard CCT Daylight Color

5600K & 6500K

For Daylight color, we offer CCT from 5000K to 10000K, and for standard we make with the most popular CCT for the film, with 5600K or 6500K, with all Ra>95, R1-R15 above 90, and TLCI over 95.

Customized  Super High CCT Blue White Color

For Daylight, we make super high CCT blue daylight with 10000K, all Ra>95, and TLCI over 95, to make CCT, you can use 2000K combined with 10000K, which can achieve a wide CCT range between 2000K to 10000K and among.

1. Can we get Sampels?

Yes, we offer samples, for short piece we can send free samples, customer just should cover the shipping cost. Also a sample order is welcomed, mixed samples are acceptable.

2. How long can we get samples?

Normally we can send samples within 3- 5days, as we have main materials for samples in stock to ensure a fast delivery, and mixed samples with many models might be 5-7days for normal.

3. What's the lead time for a normal order?

For Normal standard order the delivery time is 10-15days, for special required order delivery time is around 15days.

4. Do you have a MOQ for samples order and standard orders?

For samples 1meter or 1pcs is available, and for standard products MOQ is 100meter for strip and 5pcs for panels.

5. How to buy our products?

When you contact our professional sales, just tell our sales your detail requirement or products you would like to order, and once samples are verified, let us know the quantity, and our sales will process you the invoice for production.

6. How can we pay the order, and how to send our goods?

We offer different payment method, T/T, Paypal or order through Ali trade assurance is welcomed. Normally for standard order, we will send them by DHL, FedEX, UPS etc. and also airshipment and seashipment is optional.

7. Do you offer customized products or offer logo print?

Yes, we have an experienced R & D team, you can let us know your details requirement, and then we will make special design for you, after sampels confirmed, we can process mass production. To print logo on label is offered in small order, and for printing on PCB, we have an MOQ of 500 meters for strip, and 50pcs for panels.

8. What's the warranty of your products?

For standard our warranty is 3 years, and we can also offer a 5 years warranty or even longer based on different products.

9. Can we get a constant color between each order?

We have many years production experience for led products with high CRI solutions, all LEDs for our standard CCT are come with same bin for each order. So we will keep mostly the same color.

10.How to deal with faulty?

We offer high end led products, all our products from materials to finished products are under strict quality inspection, however, for an electronic products, nobody can ensure 100% prefect, so frankly speaking we have a defective ratio less than 0.1%. Once the products get fault during guarantee time, after confirm the defective reason, we will offer replacement with new order for small quantity. For batch defective, we will discuss best solutions to get problem solved.
