Description
For our high CRI Chroma 50RGBA+2835 TD Single Row DC24V 216leds/m version, we use high brightness 5050RGBA 4-IN-1 smd combined with high CRI Cinema-quality 2835 SMD LED as light sources, which with a high CRI Value of Ra95+, high TLCI value over 95, for this series, different with RGBCCT ribbon, there also combined with a amber light, which can achieve a more rich and colorful effect by using a DMX or other 6 channels controller. And designed with 12mm width, which can be used in a narrow place.

Tungsten
For our RGB CCT LED Strip, the Tungsten(Warm white) part we offer different CCT, all with high Ra value over 95, the CCT range we can offer middle CCT 2700K(2600K-2800K), 2800K(2700K-2900K), 3000K(2900K-3100K), 3200K(3100K-3300K) , and for standaard CCT we offer 2800K(2700K-2900K) if there is no special requirement.
Daylight
For our RGB CCT LED Strip, the Daylight(White) part we offer middle 5600K(5400-5700K), 6500K(6300-6700K), version which is the most popular CCT for the film industry, all with high Ra value over 95, full spectrum R1-R15>90, and TLCI above 95.

For our 5050 RGBA+2835 CCT LED Ribbon series we offer DC24V version, the whole series use 18AWG 6pin bare wire with low voltage drop, and also thicker PCB of 3oz copper layer ensure the good heat radiation and also keep low voltage drop. For backadhesive, we use 3M 9080HL as standard, and also for other backadhesive like 300LE tape, 3M VHB or TESA tape etc.
Product dimension
This high density RGBCCT LED Strip is designed with 12mm width, for DC24V version cuttable with 83.33mm. All 12V and 24V are UL/CUL Listed and CE Certificated.
DC24V verison comes with 2.5meter/reel for UL/CUL Standard and 5meter/reel for CE Standard.

Design
We have a strong team with over 13 years experience in LED industry and we have designed our own product series and also for OEM products, we can design any led strip and panel related products with your detail requirement.
product verification
After design we will make a strict product verification process, once the product is verificated, we will make the products into production process.
Raw material inspection
We will goes strict row materials inspection for all materials include LEDs, PCBs, cables and all components before production.
First article testing
Before mass production, we will make first article to testing, once all the parameters are verificated, we will start mass production, In order to make sure the smaller tolorance of the wattage output, we will match the resisitors each time according to the VF of leds for each batch.
Assembly
One all are confirmed, we will start assembly led strips or flex panels by
high-precision SMT Machine and all use lead-free soldering paste.
Test after assembly
After assembly by SMT Machine, we will have a strict testing process for the semi-finished products 100%, make sure all the semi-finished products are 100% perfected.
Testing before soldering
We will make a strict test before soldering the cables for panels or before soldering the strip from 0.5meter/pcs to 5meter roll or other length.
Soldering
After a strict test, we will soldering all these 0.5meter pieces into 5meter roll or other length, and all the soldering wire we used is lead-free soldering wire.
Aging test
For all our products we will hae a buring test(Aging test) for hours to ensure all the products are worked in good condition.
Stick 3M backadhesive and testing
After soldering we will stick the 3M backadhesive according to different requirement and make a testing for the preformance for these finished products.
packing
Once finished the testing, we will packing the strips and panels for the 100% worked well proucts and if there is any problem, we will get back for repaired and goes these process in front again.
Warehousing and shipment
One all these process finsihed, we will get these finished produtcs into our warehouse, and arrang shipment, and we offer different shipping options, like DHL, Fedex, UPS, Seashipment, airshipment, or train shipment etc.
