We offer 3 years warranty of our products. For a  electronic product, nobody can say their products are with 100% zero complaint, if there is any products failed during the warranty time and isn't any damage due to any human causes, it's under our warranty policy. But first we need some pictures of the failed parts or sometime we need to get back pieces of the failed parts to analysis the failed reason, once confirmed the reason is for the products quality, we will arrange to send new pieces for replacement.
