Cinema Chroma RGBCCT 72leds 2 LEDs Cuttable Flex Strip For Photography Lighting is a new  revolutionary series for the cinema chroma series, it comes with 72leds/m can be cut by each 2 LEDs, designed in DC24V& DC48V, ‌ which comes as a supplement for standard RGBCCT strip. With R-G-B color combined with tungsten and daylight in one packed 5050 SMD, with high CRI, Ra>95, TLCI>95, which is suitable for film, studio, photography and high end projects.

For Cinema Chroma RGBCCT 72leds 2 LEDs Cuttable Flex Strip For Photography Lighting, we use high quality flex PCB, on bottom and bottom layer we use high-temperature resistant PI film, which for white color as standard, and also other colors like black/yellow and others available. Between on top copper layer for surface circuit we use 1oz cooper and on bottom main curcuit cooper use 2oz copper for better heat dissipation and better conductivity. Between 2 layers copper we use high temperature ristant insulation layer to avoid short curcuit problem because of heat.

Step 1. Self design

We have our own design team who works in led industry for many years, and all have a rich experience for LED strip and flex panels and related products.

step 2. Raw materials inspection

We will have a restic inspection for all our raw materials to make sure all the raw material meet our design and production requirements.

Step 3.First artical testing

To make sure the products meet the requirement of different parameters and powers requirement, we will make a first artical to test all parameters and use the suitable resisotros and components to make sure the CRI, Wattage meet the production requirement.

Step. 4 SMT Assembly

Once first artical confirmed, we will start make our products assemblied by SMT machine.

Step 5.  Test after assembly

After assembly, we will have all semi-finished products visual estimation and power on testing to see if the tin is plump and if they are worked normally.

 

 

Step 6. test Before Soldering

Once the semi-finished products passed to the soldering department, we will have a test for these semi-finished products for power on test again to see if all normally worked.

step 7. Soldering

When testing finished, all the semi-finished products will soldered to finished products according to the production order.

Step 8. Burn-in testing

When soldering finished, we will have all our products have a burn-in testing(aging testing) to make sure the prodcucts long time worked well.

Step 9. Testing before packing

We will have a 100% testing when all finished products aging test finished and before packing.

 

 

Step 10. packing

After all testing process finished, we will have all our strip packed in reels and inner Anti-static bag.

 

 

 

For our flex ribbon, we are packed with plastic or paper reels, and then packed with ESD bag, for the ESD bag, slivery color for standard, and also we offer black color, white color or any other can be customized, and finally with 30 reels in a carton.
