A perfect Color Rendering Index (CRI) means the colors and textures of items illuminated are fully

saturated and show the true tones. This series boasts near-perfect Television Lighting Color Index

(TLCI) for photography and production of 99, so all true colors are exposed and perfectly saturated.

The problem is to obtain a higher CRI will almost inevitably result in a lower luminous efficacy.  It

is always hard to strike a balance between higher CRI and better lm/W, both CRI and luminous

efficacy are import , neither should be compromised. In order to solve this dilemma, Glu Light has

been focus on research& develop different solutions for even higher efficacy for our high CRI led

product. It is our original intention to release this series of high cri high luminous efficacy 8 led per

series bi color CCT tunable led strip.

1.  Cinema-quality 2835 SMD are Used as Light Sources :

Cinema-quality 2835 SMD are used  for the GLU-S2L0300BI256-24V, with high lumen output and

which boasts a high CRI (Color Rendering Index) and TLCI (Television Lighting Consistency Index)

rating, for CRI over 95, with full specrum with all R1-R15 above 90, TLCI>95, making it ideal for use

in any film or television production. The high CRI and TLCI ensure accurate and consistent color

reproduction, removing any unwanted color casts or variations that can negatively impact the

final output.

2. High Brightness and high light efficiency:

One of the significant advantages of the GLU-S2L0300BI256-24V is with high brightness, with a

high light efficiency over 100lm/W. With a luminous flux of 4330lm/m, the LED strip produces a

brilliant and vibrant lighting effect that illuminates any set, adding depth and clarity to the visuals.

3. Different CCT and Customized CCT Avaialble:

GLU-S2L0300BI256-24V provide standard CCT with 2800K for Tungsten combined with 5600K

or 6500K for Daylight, which is the most popular CCT for the film industry, and besides, we offer

customized CCT for Tungsten from 2000K to 3500K, and Daylight from 5000K-10000K.

4. High-Quality Construction:

The LED strip is made from high-quality materials with 10mm double layer PCB with 3oz copper,

and18AWG bared wire is used, that makes the strip with low voltage drop and can withstand harsh

environments and extreme temperatures.

Yes, they can be cut to desired lengths

3.What specific adhesive is used on your LED strips?

Non water resistant IP20 and waterproof IP68 use the 3M VHB 4930 adhesive tape.

4.What is color temperature?

The color of light can be quantified by referring to its color temperature. White light is measured in

Kelvins (K). Most white lights fall in a spectrum between 1800K and 6500K. When getting close to

3000K, the light is noticeably warmer. On the other end of the spectrum, the lights have a blue-ish

tint and cooler tone when nearing 6500K.

5.What is luminous efficacy?

This is calculated by measuring the lumen output and then dividing that number by watts. For example,

a strip that has a lumen output of 300lm/ft and a wattage draw of 3w/ft has an efficiency

of 100lm/W.

6.What does Fidelity Index (TM-30) mean?

How closely the observed light can render colors like the sun, using 99 color samples.

7. Are Glu Light products UL Listed?

With exception of a few specialty strips of brand new products, most all of our LED strip lights are

UL Listed in the USA and Canada.

8.What are the warranties of your products?

We offer up 3-5 year warranty on all of our LED strips.

9. What is binning?

Binning is the process of grouping LEDs during production so that they matched with LEDs of the

same color sector. For example, all 2700K chips are 'binned' together and are separated from chips

that have a higher/lower color temperature.

10: Can I create a photography / video panel with your LED strips?

Yes. The Cinema Pro high cri led strips have been used in many photography and video lighting projects.

11.What is CRI?

Color Rendering Index (CRI) is the measurement of how colors look under a light source when compared

with sunlight. Having information on the CRI of a LED strip light is important because you want

to make sure that the colors are being accurately represented by the light source.
