Technical Parameters
For our CINEMA Chroma 5050RGB+2835 flex Ribbon RGB CCT 252LEDs Double Rows 24V is a classical version of the RGBCCT Strip in the CINEMA Chroma Strip series, it comes with 5050 3-in-1 RGBSMD combined with Cinema-quality 2835 SMD Diodes, runs with working voltage DC12V, with standard CCT 2800K for Tungsten(Warm white) and 5600K or 6500K for Daylight(White), with Ra>95, and TLCI over 95, full spectrum, all R1-R15 value above 90. High density with double rows design with 7leds in a series, which makes the high density 5050+2835 RGB CCT LED Strip with high brightness and high light efficiency.

3oz PCB
Our CINEMA Chroma 5050RGB+2835 flex Ribbon RGB CCT 252LEDs Double Rows 24V comes with thicker 3oz PCB, with better heat heat dissipation and better conductivity.
Thicker Wire
We use thicker wire with 18AWG 3PIN bare wire for our CINEMA Chroma 5050RGB+2835 flex Ribbon RGB CCT 252LEDs Double Rows 24V, which ensure the low voltage drop and current carrying capacity.
Backadhesive
Aimed for easier installation, we use 3M 9080HL backadhesive for standard, and also 3M VHB and TESA backadhesive is available for choice.

For Tungsten we offer from 2000K-3500K, and daylight for 5600K-10000K, we offer flame color 2000K, 2200K, Tungsten for 2800K and 3200K for standard, daylight we offer 5600K, 6500K and 10000K for standard.

Mini Cuttable Dimension
The strip is cuttable with minimum cutting dimension 71.43*15mm.
High Density
The led strip comes with high density, 84leds/m for each color, and total 252leds/m, for each same color, the center to center space is 11.9mm.
Packing in reel
The strip comes with pakcage of 2.5meters/reel for UL standard and 5meter/reel for CE standard, and other length can be customized.
How to make a strip
Step 1.
PRODUCT DESIGN
We have our own engineer team, and for all strip is designed by our own engineer team.
Step 2.
PRODUCT VERIFICATION
When designed, we will make protype to verify the products, if all passed, we will strart make orders.
Step 3.
RAW MATERIAL TESTING(IQC)
When we get all materials include PCB, LEDs we will have a sampling inspection.
Step 4.
FIRST ARTICAL TESTING
When materials sampling inspection finished, we will make samples according to order request, and make first artical and test the spec to meet the requirement.
Step 5.
SMT ASSEMBLY
Once first artical testing finished, we will arrange PCB, leds, risitors etc. assembly by SMT Machine.
Step 6.
TESTING AFTER ASSEMBLY
When assembly process finished, we will have all products testing.
Step 7.
TEST BEFORE SOLIDERING
Before soldering and connect the strip to reels, we will have all semi-finished strip tested.
Step 8.
SOLDERING
When the testing process finished, we will soldering and connected all the 0.5meter strip to reels.
Step 9.
AGING TEST
When strip soldered to reels, we will have all the strips aging test around 8 hours to check if there is any defective.
Step 10.
Testing before packing
When aging test finished, we will have all strip tested 100% before packing, and then packing process will be done, packed in bags and then packed in carton.
Step 11.
WAREHOUSING AND SHIPMENT
When all these process finished, we will have the strips warehousing and make shipment by express like DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. or send by air or sea.
