Q1: Can I get samples from your factory?

A: Yes, sample is free, but the express charge is yours.

Q2: If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?

A: We will responsible for all the quality problems within the warranty period.

Q3:What's the delivery time ?

A: 7 days for sample order, 12-15 days for formal order, and 15-20 days for customized order.

Q4. What is the standard of package?

A. Export standard package or special package according to customer requirement.

Q5. Do you accept OEM business?

A. Yes, we are OEM supplier. Customizing features are our specialties.

Q6. what kind of certificate you have ?

A .We have UL&CE&RoHS.

Q7: Do you have MOQ requirement for your product?

For sample order, no MOQ. But for formal order, MOQ is 100m for led strip, and 20pcs for led panel.

Q8:   Is it OK to brand the PCB for us?

It is OK if the order is above 500m.

Q9:   How do you send the goods and how does it takes to arrive?

We usually ship by Express couriers for small order, it takes around 4-6 days. For bulk order, we ship by air( around 8-10 days) or by sea( around 20-30 days).

Q;10 How to deal with faulty?

Our products are produced under a strict quality control system, and the failure rate is less than 0.2%.

For the failure within the warranty period, we send replacement together with the next order for small quantities. For defective batch order, we will collect it back and repair them and resend the goods to you, or discuss about the most workable solution based on the real situation.
